By using sol-dreams, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 18 years old to use sol-dreams.
sol-dreams provides solfeggio frequency recommendations and curated playlists based on self-reported emotional states. The app uses AI to analyze your emotional words and suggest frequencies. It is intended for personal reflection and wellness exploration only.
sol-dreams is not a medical device, therapeutic service, or mental health tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Solfeggio frequencies are rooted in historical and cultural traditions; sol-dreams makes no claims about their medical or therapeutic efficacy. Do not use sol-dreams as a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. sol-dreams is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, sol-dreams and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
You retain ownership of the emotional words you submit. By using the service, you grant sol-dreams a license to process this data for the purpose of providing frequency readings and playlists. Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of sol-dreams shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, conducted individually (not as a class action). You may opt out of arbitration by emailing info@sol-dreams.app within 30 days of first using the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, nothing in these terms affects your mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence. The arbitration and governing law provisions above shall not limit your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, nor shall they override any mandatory statutory rights you may have, including rights under the GDPR or the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
