how it works

Each week, you share three words that describe how you're feeling. Based on those words and your history over time, sol-dreams selects three solfeggio frequencies tailored to your current state and pairs them with a curated sleep playlist.

The more you use it, the more context it has. Your readings evolve as patterns emerge — not just reflecting where you are, but how you got here and where things are shifting.

features

  • weekly frequency readings — three words in, three frequencies out, with a personalized reading that deepens over time

the seven frequencies

Solfeggio frequencies are a set of ancient tones traditionally associated with the body's chakra centers. Sol-dreams maps your emotional state to these frequencies, creating a bridge between how you feel and what you listen to as you fall asleep.

frequently asked

What volume should I listen on?
Keep it low — just loud enough to hear comfortably as you fall asleep. Solfeggio frequencies work through sustained exposure, not volume. Think background hum, not headphone concert.
What speakers should I use?
Any speaker works, but ones with decent low-end response will let you feel the deeper frequencies more fully. A bedside Bluetooth speaker or even your phone speaker is great — you don't need anything fancy.
What is Hz?
Hz (hertz) is a unit that measures how many times a sound wave vibrates per second. A lower number like 396 Hz means a slower, deeper tone, while a higher number like 963 Hz is a faster, higher-pitched tone. Each solfeggio frequency vibrates at a specific rate traditionally associated with different chakra centers in the body.
Why does my body respond differently to different frequencies?
Different frequencies resonate with different parts of your body and nervous system — lower tones tend to feel grounding and physical, while higher ones feel more mental and expansive. Your response also depends on your current emotional and energetic state, which is why sol-dreams tailors your frequencies to how you're feeling. Over time, you may notice that frequencies you once barely felt start to land differently as your patterns shift.
